The Resident Artist Ensemble (RAE) is dedicated to a performer-driven process that necessitates audience connection and emotional truth in performance.  RAE carefully selects theatrical works that both challenge and enlighten the audience by illuminating the diverse range of human experiences.  Importantly, the company is committed to practices that sustain professional artists and their audiences, notably by producing a dynamic and engaging professional repertoire at reasonable prices. In relation, RAE aims to provide a permanent foundation for long-term collaboration among professional theatre artists in the region.
